All orders undergo strict verification and product inspection prior to shipment to ensure order accuracy and product integrity. The order processing timeline applies to business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays and weekends):
  • Retail Orders: Standard processing takes 1-3 business days after payment confirmation and order verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Wholesale Orders & Bulk Prepacks: Due to larger order volumes and additional inventory checks, processing takes 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom wholesale bulk orders may have extended processing timelines, which will be communicated to you via email in advance.
We reserve the right to delay order processing in cases of incomplete payment, inaccurate delivery information, suspected fraudulent activity, or temporary product out-of-stock situations. We will notify you promptly via email if any processing delays occur and provide updates on the expected shipment timeline.

2. Shipping Destinations & Coverage

We offer shipping services to Hong Kong SAR and select international destinations. Please note that certain remote areas or regions with strict import regulations may have limited or unavailable shipping services; you may check eligible destinations at checkout or contact our customer service team for confirmation.

2.1 Hong Kong SAR Local Shipping

We provide full coverage across Hong Kong SAR, including Kowloon, Hong Kong Island, New Territories, and outlying islands (additional fees may apply to remote outlying islands). Deliveries to restricted industrial or commercial areas may require carrier-specific pickup arrangements.

2.2 International Shipping

We ship to major regions globally, including but not limited to Asia, Europe, North America, and Oceania. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the ordered products can be legally imported into your destination country/region, and to comply with all local customs laws, import regulations, and quarantine requirements.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Offers

3.1 Shipping Fee Calculation

4.1 Hong Kong SAR Local Delivery

4.2 International Delivery

Please note that customs clearance procedures in the destination country/region may cause additional delivery delays, and we have no control over customs inspection timelines.

6. Delivery Responsibilities & Risks

6.1 Delivery Acceptance

We will not be liable for delayed, failed, or misdelivered shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by you. If redelivery is required due to inaccurate address information, you will be responsible for any additional redelivery fees.
The logistics carrier will attempt delivery per the stated schedule; if you are unavailable to receive the package, the carrier may leave a delivery notice for pickup at a designated location or arrange a re-delivery. Unclaimed packages after the carrier’s specified holding period may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for any resulting shipping costs for re-delivery.

6.2 Risk Transfer

The risk of loss, damage, or theft of the ordered products transfers to you once the package is handed over to the logistics carrier and marked as shipped. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay occurring after the carrier takes possession of the package.

We will not process refunds for customs fees, and refusal to accept delivery or pay customs duties will result in package abandonment or return; any resulting shipping costs or losses will be borne by you.

8. Undelivered, Lost & Damaged Shipments

8.1 Lost Shipments

If your package is marked as lost by the logistics carrier (typically after a specified period of no tracking updates), please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to initiate a lost package investigation. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a full refund or reship the order at our discretion, in accordance with our order fulfillment policies.

8.2 Damaged Shipments

If you receive a package with visibly damaged packaging or damaged products, you must notify us via email within 3 business days of delivery, with clear photos/videos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged products. We will review the claim and arrange a resolution (refund, replacement, or repair) at our discretion. Claims submitted after the 3-day window may not be accepted.

Shipments returned to us due to undeliverable address, recipient refusal, unclaimed status, or customs rejection will be processed as returned orders.
